On Friday 3 May at 8 pm the featured artist at the Semitone Studios live music event is singer-songwriter Harrison Rimmer back with us for a welcome return visit. Following his set we will as usual have an open mic.

Hailing from Blackpool, Harrison Rimmer has been growing from strength to strength. In 2011 Harrison released his first single Crossing the Line and since then went on to release his second single Something I Must Say… and two EPs Sanfarian, Empire, C and in early 2017 had two singles out, Envy and Veins. Harrison has been played on BBC Introducing York & North Yorkshire on two occasions, once with Roots and once with Veins.

Harrison has supported a wide variety of artists that go from the like of MC Devvo, Rick Witter & Paul Banks from Shed Seven, Tom Hingley (from Inspiral Carpets), Gaz Brookfield RSJ , The Band from County Hell, Hannah Trigwell, Misty Miller, Marc Halls (from Fei Comodo), Rob Moir, The Yalla Yallas, Sticks and Stones, TIBET, Guy Jones, Izzy Thomas, Tom Williams (from Tom Williams and the Boat), Matt Henshaw, Huskies, Daniel Dobbs, AMiTY and the list goes on and on.
